What will we do……..? * Connecting to our intuition through an arts & crafting experience. * Learn how Energy Centres are containers and gates for energy retrieval and flow. * Purification with movement. * Set up a Foundation for the smooth transfer of thoughts, emotions and actions. * Gather energy into our body to improve focus, clarity and life.
