Reflexology - Hands & Feet TREATMENT
Service Description
Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion. During your 1 hour appointment you will receive reflexology on both your hands and feet. You will soak your feet while I work on your hands and then recline for your foot treatment. During a reflexology session most people experience lower heart rate & blood pressure, creating a wonderfully healing and relaxing environment within your body. I complete your treatment with a massaging foot rub and an essential oil application. HST Included. TO BOOK - Please CONTACT ME DIRECTLY after looking at my calendar and finding available dates.
